"Buckets of Rain" A Celebration of the Music of Bob Dylan

“Buckets of Rain” is the show title for an evening of Bob Dylan’s music, including songs he wrote for other musicians. In 2011, Door County musicians Jeanne Kuhns, Pat Palmer, Katie Dahl, and Rich Higdon hatched the idea to put together a show honoring the prolific genius of Bob Dylan. Memphis flatpicker Eric Lewis came on board, and Buckets of Rain--a name taken from one of the group's favorite Dylan songs--was born. California-based Chris Irwin joined the group in 2015. The show celebrates Dylan's songs--the poetry they contain, the images they evoke, and the memories they bring to mind in the 1000-plus people who have seen the show since its inception.

A collaboration between the Trueblood PAC and the Washington Island Recreation Center. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Rec Center.
